When you make a purchase we collect your name and email address through Stripe, our payment processor. When you complete a survey we collect the business information you provide in your responses. We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics including pages visited, time on site, and general location (city/country level).
We do not collect sensitive personal information, financial data beyond what is processed by Stripe, or any information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
2. How we use your information
Your name and email are used to send your survey link and deliver your completed content. Your survey responses are used solely to create your custom deliverable. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may use anonymised, non-identifiable examples of work for our own marketing materials. No personally identifiable information will ever be used in our marketing without your explicit permission.
3. Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for site analytics, and Resend for transactional emails. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card details.
We use the Meta Pixel on our website which may collect browsing data for advertising purposes. You can opt out of Meta's data collection through your Facebook ad preferences.
4. Data retention
We retain your order information and survey responses for as long as necessary to deliver your product and handle any related inquiries. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello.thecontentdrop@gmail.com.

Our website uses cookies for analytics purposes through Google Analytics. These cookies collect anonymous data about how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
